Clients looking to diversify their taxable holdings can do so by taking advantage of our Direct Delivery service.
Cole Metals Group maintains relationships with two of the largest precious metals wholesalers in the United States, allowing us to source precious metals in a variety of weights, purities and countries of origin. This arrangement also allows us to deliver the precious metals to you at very competitive rates, often more favorable than you may find at an online retailer.
If you are an experienced investor and have a specific product in mind, let us know and we will provide you with a fully transparent quote to compete for your business. If you are new to precious metals, we are happy to speak with you to uncover your individual objectives and discuss possible coins or bars that fit your needs.
direct delivery process
The process is simple
& convenient
Your account executive will discuss your individual needs and preferences with you and help you build an allocation.
When you have arrived at an allocation that you are happy with, you may place an order directly over the telephone with the CMG trade desk.
All direct deliveries are cleared through a standard bank wire. Your account executive will provide you with wiring instructions.
You will provide CMG with your specific delivery instructions, whether they may be your home, your office, a bank where you hold a safe deposit box, or a precious metals depository.
Direct deliveries can be expected to arrive within 3-7 business days of receiving your wire, depending on delivery location, weather delays, or product availability. Your account executive will provide you with your Order Confirmation and Tracking Information as soon as it is available. All deliveries are fully insured, and your account executive will remain accountable for your delivery until it is completed.
